ProgramNeed is a small engineering studio in Dhaka. We come from hardware, embedded systems, and software, which is why we care about AI that keeps working once it leaves the lab, not AI that only demos well.
Plenty of AI work stops at an impressive first demo and never survives contact with real data and real users. We built this studio to do the opposite: to take a problem seriously, prove what is possible, and then engineer something a business can actually depend on.
We take on a few projects at a time and stay close to each one. You get senior engineers throughout, honest advice about what is and is not worth doing, and full ownership of everything we build for you.
A few principles that shape every engagement.
We pick the technology to fit the problem, never the other way around. Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need AI at all, and we will tell you.
A small, working prototype against your real data is worth more than any slide deck. We get there fast so decisions are made on evidence.
Monitoring, retraining, and documentation are part of the job, not an afterthought. What we ship is meant to keep running without us.
You own everything we make, and we make sure your team understands it. We want to be useful, not indispensable.
